Services How It Works Why Us For Carriers & IA Firms FAQ Free Claim Review
Denver · Front Range · Colorado

The insurance company has an adjuster.
You should too.

Denver Adjusters represents homeowners and businesses on hail, wind, water, and fire claims. We document the damage, handle the insurer, and negotiate for the full amount your policy owes — and we only get paid if you do.

No recovery, no fee Free claim & policy review Residential & commercial Local to Denver

Nothing up front

No hourly rates, no retainers. Our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, agreed in writing before we start. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

We carry the claim

Inspections, photo documentation, line-item estimates, calls, emails, deadlines, and negotiation — we take the entire process off your plate and keep you informed.

Built for Colorado weather

The Front Range sits in hail alley. We know how local storms damage roofs, siding, and interiors — and what a complete, code-compliant repair actually costs here.

What we handle

Property claims of every kind, from first notice to final check

If it's covered by your homeowners or commercial policy, we can manage it — new claims, reopened claims, and claims that came back denied or underpaid.

Hail & Wind Damage

Roofs, gutters, siding, windows, and paint. We document every slope and elevation so the storm's full footprint makes it into the claim, not just what's visible from the ground.

Water, Freeze & Pipe Bursts

Burst pipes, ice dams, appliance failures, and sewer backups. We scope hidden moisture, mitigation, and rebuild costs so the settlement covers everything, including what's behind the walls.

Fire & Smoke

Structure, contents, smoke and odor remediation, and additional living expenses while you're displaced. We build the full inventory so nothing is left off the settlement.

Denied & Underpaid Claims

A denial or lowball offer isn't the end. We review the adjuster's estimate and your policy language, then reopen, supplement, or dispute the claim with documentation the insurer has to answer.

Commercial & HOA

Multifamily, retail, office, and association property. We handle large-loss scoping, business interruption documentation, and board-ready reporting for communities and owners.

Storm & Catastrophe Response

After a major hail or wind event, insurers are overwhelmed and settlements get rushed. We make sure your claim gets the attention — and the dollars — it deserves.

How it works

A clear process, start to settlement

1

Free claim review

Call or send us the basics. We review your damage and your policy and tell you honestly whether a claim is worth pursuing — no cost, no obligation.

2

Document everything

We inspect the property, photograph and measure the damage, and build a detailed line-item estimate of what a complete repair really costs.

3

We handle the insurer

We file or reopen the claim, meet the company adjuster on site, respond to every request, and negotiate with documentation — so you don't have to.

4

You get paid

The claim settles for what your policy actually owes. Our fee comes out of the recovery, at the percentage we agreed to in writing on day one.

Why Denver Adjusters

The claim process is built for the insurance company. We level it.

When you file a claim, the adjuster who shows up works for the insurance company. They're often managing dozens of files, and their estimate — not yours — becomes the starting point for your settlement.

We flip that. As your representative, we build the estimate, set the record, and put the burden on the insurer to respond to documented facts: measurements, photos, code requirements, and real local repair costs.

You stay in control of every decision. We just make sure it's an informed one.

Licensed & localColorado-licensed adjusters based right here in Denver — not a national call center passing your file around.
Insurance-grade estimatesWe write the same line-item estimates carriers use, so negotiations happen on equal footing, number for number.
Deadlines managedColorado policies have strict notice and documentation windows. We track every date so your claim never dies on a technicality.
Aligned incentivesWe work on contingency. The only way we do well is if your settlement does — simple as that.

Questions

What Denver property owners ask us

What does a claim advocate actually do for me?+
We represent you — not the insurance company — through the entire claim. That means inspecting and documenting the damage, preparing a detailed repair estimate, filing and managing the claim, meeting the insurer's adjuster on site, and negotiating the settlement. You make the decisions; we do the work and the arguing.
What does it cost?+
Nothing up front, ever. We work on contingency: a percentage of the amount recovered on your claim, agreed to in writing before we begin. If there's no recovery, you owe us nothing. The initial claim and policy review is free either way.
My claim was already denied or underpaid. Is it too late?+
Usually not — many of our clients come to us after a denial or a settlement that wouldn't come close to covering repairs. Claims can often be reopened, supplemented, or disputed with better documentation. Policies do have deadlines, though, so the sooner you call, the more options you have.
How is this different from the adjuster my insurance company sent?+
The company adjuster is hired and paid by your insurer, and their estimate protects the insurer's interests. We're the counterweight: an adjuster on your side, building your estimate, answering to you alone.
Do you handle businesses and HOAs, or just homes?+
Both. We represent homeowners, landlords, business owners, and homeowners associations — including large-loss hail claims across entire communities, and business interruption losses for commercial policyholders.
What areas do you serve?+
The Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range — including Aurora, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Boulder, and Colorado Springs. Not sure if you're in range? Call us; we're flexible for the right claim.
